Construction on Florida Street ADA Project Planned to Minimize Impacts
Construction on the Florida Street ADA Compliance Project is underway with the successful bidder, Triumph Construction, a small minority-owned business based in Baton Rouge. The city-parish issued the notice-to-proceed for January 3, 2023, and MOVEBR program managers are working with the contractor to minimize impacts to parade routes during the busy Mardi Gras season. Public Meeting Held for North Boulevard Corridor Enhancement Project
A public meeting was held in December for the North Boulevard Corridor Enhancement Project (I-110 to Foster/Florida) to give the public and stakeholders a look at the enhanced pedestrian and bicycle facilities designed to make travel on the corridor safer.
