Contracting Process

All projects being let for construction for the MOVEBR Program will be publicly advertised in The Advocate Newspaper as the official journal for East Baton Rouge Parish. Additionally, advertisements can be found on the East Baton Rouge City Parish Central Bidding page.

Businesses interested in bidding on these projects should refer to these two sources for all upcoming procurement opportunities. Additionally, businesses should be registered with the City-Parish Vendor Self Service prior to submitting a bid on the project.

Contractors Database Form

The purpose of this form is to identify construction related businesses that are interested in doing business with the City-Parish for the MOVEBR program. This database is provided as a resource for businesses seeking to network and create partnerships with. Submission of this information does not preclude any businesses or firms from participation on project team pursuits for MOVEBR projects.

In order to do business with the City-Parish, businesses must also be registered with the Vendor Self-Service database to be recognized as a vendor with an appropriate vendor number by the City-Parish.
