Project Description: The project will enhance pedestrian mobility along Sherwood Forest Blvd. by adding a sidewalk on the west side of the roadway. Sherwood Forest is a highly commercialized segment of roadway with multiple residential properties.

04/2024 Final plans & ROW Mapping submitted by consultant, PMT reviewing submittals.
03/2024 Final plans submitted by consultant, PMT reviewing submittals.
02/2024 Final plans submitted by consultant, PMT reviewed plans and currently consultant working on revision of final plans according to PMT and city parish comments.
01/2024 Final plans are nearly complete by the design consultant. Required ROW acquisition is underway.
11/2023 Final plans are being developed by the consultant.
08/2023 The Design Consultant has submitted the Final Plans for review. Right-of-way acquisition services are underway.
12/2022 The Design Consultant has submitted the Final Plans for review. Right-of-way maps are being prepared.
05/2022 The 90% design submittal is complete and right of way maps are underway. Currently title abstracts are being prepared.
10/2021 The Design Consultant has submitted the Final Plans for review.
09/2021 The Design Consultant is preparing the final plans.
07/2021 PIH meeting on 7-19-21. The design Consultant is working on PIH comments. Submittal around 8-20-21.
05/2021 The Design Consultant is preparing the 60% final plan submittal. 
02/2021 The Design Consultant is preparing the 30% final plan submittal. 
10/2020 Negotiations and contracting are underway with the Engineering Design Consultant.
