Florida Gas has completed their relocation work and the contractor for McHugh road construction will rebegin construction in February to construct Phase A of the project. Phase B final plans are being prepared and the project will let in Q2 of 2026. |

Florida Gas will complete the relocation of their pipeline within the next few weeks as part of the Comite Diversion project. The contractor for McHugh road construction will begin to mobilize in January and February to construct Phase A of the project. |

Construction is currently on hold while Florida Gas completes pipeline relocations by December 2025. The remainder of the project is contingent upon the completion of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project and after the Comite River Diversion is functional. |

Flordia Gas is expected to be completed by Moay 2025 to allow the roadway construction to continue. That is anticipated to be complete in 2026. |
