S. Harrell's Ferry Rd. Bike Lanes

Construction has begun on the MOVEBR S. Harrell’s Ferry Road bike lanes project which extends from Sherwood Forest Blvd to O’Neal Lane. Work will include restriping travel lanes to provide for a bike lane along S. Harrell’s Ferry. The contractor plans to begin work at S. Sherwood Forest Blvd. and work toward King Arthur Blvd. For safety purposes and to minimize the impact on traffic, the contractor is planning intermittent lane closures to be done at night during the restriping. This night work could begin as early as Monday, December 8, 2025, and extend through the project. The MOVEBR program will provide updates as they are available. Please drive safely and exercise caution when traveling through a construction zone.
