Open House Held for Highland Road at Pecue Project

A large turnout of residents attended an open house for the Highland Road at Pecue Lane Project in mid-December to provide input on improvements to the three-leg intersection. Design consultants from T. Baker Smith studied safety and traffic calming options for the intersection and presented a roundabout and a signalized intersection to get public feedback on a preferred alternative.

The program management team and design consultants also joined Metro Councilman Rowdy Gaudet to meet with members of the Valhalla Homeowners Association, located near the intersection.

Exhibits from the open house and other information on the project is available at www.movebr.brla.gov/highland-pecue
