Project Description: This project is to provide access management, signalization, and turning movement improvements along Terrace Ave. This project will also enhance pedestrian and bicycle mobility as well as transit and parking accommodations.

Date	Status
01/2024	Design consultant is working on final plan submittal.
11/2023	Consultant is addressing comments from PMT from 90% design submittal.
11/2023	Final plans are being developed by the consultant.
07/2023	The Design Consultant is preparing the 90% design submittal.
12/2022	The Design Consultant is preparing the 60% (plan in hand) design submittal.
05/2022	The design study is complete and public meeting was held. Negotiations and contracting for the Final Design Phase are underway with the Engineering Design Consultant.
05/2021	The Design Consultant is preparing the design study and performing topographic survey field work. A public meeting will be held at the conclusion of the design study phase.
01/2021	Negotiations with the selected Engineering Design Consultant have been finalized and contract is being processed.  Upon execution of contract, a notice to proceed will be issued
10/2020	Negotiations and contracting are underway with the Engineering Design Consultant.
