Hooper Road (Blackwater – Sullivan) Public Open House

The City-Parish and MOVEBR Program Management Team will host a public open house for the Hooper Road (Blackwater – Sullivan) Project. This project proposes to widen Hooper Road to provide additional capacity and pedestrian facilities.
