Construction will begin in the end of 2023 and is expected to take less than 1 year. During a portion of the construction time, Flannery will be closed for the reconstruction of the bridge. More information will be provided as dates for closures are set.
Right-of-way acquisition is underway for Phase B based on the final design plans that are being finalized. Phase B will be constructed after Phase A and will include the roundabout at Old Hammond and S. Flannery and the roadway from the roundabout to Millerville. " |
